Duplicate the element on top of the stack.

NOTE: In Haiku Forth (unlike Traditional Forth), all stack cells and memory locations are floating point numbers.

Examples:

• 1 2 3 dup → 1 2 3 3
• 4 dup dup → 4 4 4
